They've got a capacity bigger than Old Trafford so tickets shouldn't be a problem

Hey Patrick surprised there . sbb.ch ? Should show you connections.
It would be over Basel anyway. or Zürich direct for me. There are some trains from Bern and other places ( I mean German High speed) that stop in Basel before they hit their top speeds in Germany. Depending on what time the game finishes ,it might be possible to get on the early night train too. otherwise it's "take the morning off " .

After a quick look on the map, I've realised it isn't in near Leipzig. Probably might try to make it for this.

They were very friendly when I was there actually. City fans could probably look like morons on derby day, it's just part and parcel of a derby. Didn't some of your lot attack City fans on a tram when we played you in the UEFA Cup 2 seasons ago? 99% were very welcoming though and I didn't get into any trouble when walking round town pissed looking for the station

I used to go to Dortmund home matches in the 80`s when I was stationed there. Good day out. I may return for this game. I may even pop down the lillian strasse if it`s still there!!!
