I think that some on here are being a little judgemental on Longball. He has every right to PEREFER whatever he likes.
I don't suppose that any of you have ever had a PEREF in your lives, yet you are quick to castigate another poster whilst he is PEREFING.
Longball,...just for the record, what the fucl is a PEREFER?

The most pathetic piece of flaming in quite some time. That fact that he mistakes philosopher for philosophy shows he's probably not the full shilling.

As I am clearly the greatest football philosopher person ever ever (I mean who else could have invented democracy during a half time break, come on? Plato Shmato) I can confirm that you clearly "perefer" spurs to us. I however perefer us to Spurs. When our front 4 get it right we are awesome. They will get it right again on Wednesday. even if Spurs don't "bottle it" like they did in the FA Cup Semi I foresee a great blue victory!

What a way to celebrate a good win and staying in extremely exciting race for 4th spot. You must football equivalent of Immanuel Cunt.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I don't know what you're on about in the second sentence but I agree with the first one.....and the last word sums the opening post up perfectly for me.

Fuck me if you can't just applaud the performance yesterday (and I mean from players AND manager) and get yourself up for Wednesday....then I'm not quite sure what you are after in following the club and how on earth you have managed to steer clear of self-harm/suicide to date.

The best part for me is that I KNOW that this is just the beginning for us.

Sure, Spurs might pip us to this 4th place this season. In any other year that could have been fatal for us as the CL cash next season would allow them to consolidate and pull further clear. BUT we have an owner who can flood us with WAY more cash than they will get.

If they get in the CL...good luck to them, it will be a one season experience unless they can outgun us AND Arsenal next season which I just do not think they are capable of doing.

Arsenal will spend some money this summer I am convinced of it...they know that they have to ensure that they have a strong season (esp domestically) next year. They have been reluctant to put themselves at risk financially whilst still having cash tied up in the redeveloped Highbury and whilst an economic crisis was ongoing but they will know full well that no the time is right (well...the time is here like it or not for them) to gamble and spend some pretty serious dough on players to keep them moving forward.

City will spend money...and quite a bit of it if you ask me....this summer.

Chelsea and United both will have to spend quite a bit this summer to rejuvinate ageing squads to keep ahead of the pack and fend off our challenge.

Spurs will have to achieve minor miracles to requalify for the Champions League in 2010/2011.....if they even get there this year. If they miss out this season, they can kiss it goodbye for the forseeable.

There is pressure on City on Wednesday (most of it internally/fan generated or media-hyped bollocks) but there is MASSIVE pressure on Spurs...proper last chance saloon pressure.

We should embrace the challenge as a club and as fans but remember that this is just the start for us.

I'm sure he will have David Platt on and go to betting office and have Defoe Locked as first scorer. He will be hoping Spurs will Humeliate us so he can have Freud here afterwards. His username would indicate that he thinkg Peirce was the best manager we ever had.

Ok ok, I'll get my coat.

Why all the fuss? Mancini just likes his sides to Plato their strengths. With the two defensive midfielders the team has definitely found its Nietzche.
