Bridge is a good player. Not top class but good enough.

The real problem is when he's not in the team, there is no ready made replacement good enough. Certainly not Garrido.

So bringing in competition for Bridge this summer is imperritive. And clearing the decks of Sylvinho and Garrido too.

I don't rate bridge defensively, but thought he added something going forwards. Then i saw the stats last week - 42 crosses this season and not one had found a city shirt
