Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!
by Niall Quinns Discopants » Sat Apr 03, 2010 7:53 pm
Where are all the celebratory topics after amazing game? Where are all the topics giving virtual rimjobs to players and manager?
I came here to celebrate the perfect result and performance. Let's be havin' you!
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Still basking in the reflected glow of a great performance and result. I actually giggled like a little girl when the 4th went in. It was a bit embarrassing but I'll live with it.
All I ask is lets all be happy and get along for one evening at least.
Oh and cheers Roberto its good to have you on board.

The rain in the second half put a damp squib on things, pun very much intended.
Don't underestimate my happiness though.

beautiful performance and beautiful result. Took fair few celebratory drinks afterwards but it's worth the hangover tomorrow.

I thought the rain was Burnley's best player - it broke down so many of our attacks and free-flowing passing in the second half, surely a candidate for MotM?

Burnley were woefull but we came out of the blocks as we all know we are capable of.
Hats off to Mancini for the way he set us out today........if it had not rained in that shit hole then we would have had a record win.
As it stands..we are already starting to break records...we broke a premiership record today.
Get in there !!!!!!!!!!!!

What Premiership record?
We're the only team to be 5-0 up away at half time EVER
At last a record to be proud of, because we hold a fair few embarrassing ones

Not good enough. I dunno why Mancini brought on all that rain in the second half, but it was a shit decision.
If the pitch would have stayed the same it was in the first half this game would have ended with City hitting double figures.
so now as every enemy circles our city
sour and sore, we swear war
