Initially he was fucked off because we were stealing the headlines and column inches.
Now he desperately needs to ensure that he controls what goes into headlines and column inches.

He needs to deflect any talk of the facts that the rags are skint and he hasn't got any cash to strengthen a squad that is ageing and beginning to become less competetive.
