The Little Boy with the Huge Hot Dog!

Postby Blue Toy » Wed Dec 02, 2009 11:53 pm

Credit to the Audio-Visual producer tonight for having the balls to show the lighter side of the game while the game was going on.

For those of you not there, a few minutes into the second half, the big screens switched to a live close up of a kid in the crowd eating a hot dog that appeared to be bigger than him. After the first pictures, it then switched to him again a couple of minutes later to the delight of the crowd, and then again after that of him washing it down with his drink.

Well done Mr/Mrs Producer!

Was quality and fair play to the little fella for taking it on. Looked like he got the ketchup all over his face too - fair play to him!

That was hilarious, it added to the upbeat mood of the evening. Then it went back to him and he had a giant bottle of orange too. Really funny! My 8 year old was talking about that as much as the match on the way home. It just shows what a family club we are, you just can't beat a good evening cup match, especially when we win like that!!

It was quality when they did that and just added to the experience last night. I can honestly say last night one one of the best games I have ever been to. That hot dog did look way to big for him though it was bigger than his head! Was actually gonna post this thread myself but was too giddy when I got in last night and completely forgot about it.

Haven't seen one as yet but I bet there's a good chance of it popping up in the video section on the OS

I'm not sure I could finish that one myself, so I seriously doubt that kid did, but if he did...respect to him for that, lol.

Have to agree with you all, Ive had one of them dogs and it took me nearly half an hour to eat the flucker. It was one of many highlights of what was an all round fabulous evening.

This was brilliant on the night, suspect the "it's go e and now he's having a drink shot" was a set up but bloody hilarious just the same
