Head To Head

These two clubs are facing each other for the 22nd time with Manchester City winning 10 compared to Hull's five while there have been six draws.

The home side has come out on top in five of the last six league matches between the two clubs.

Last time they faced each other at Eastlands Man City ran out 5-1 winners.

Man City

City have not lost in nine league and cup games.

The Sky Blues have managed just one clean sheet in their last nine Premier League matches.

Mark Hughes's side have lost just one game at home in 2009. That loss came in a 3-1 defeat to Fulham on 12th April.

Hull

The Tigers are still searching for their first away league win of the season.

Phil Brown's men have shipped 10 goals in their last three Premier League away games.

Hull have collected seven less points than they had at this stage last season.

LEADING GOALSCORERS

Man City

Bellamy: 5 goals (5 league), Adebayor: 5 goals (5 league)

Hull

Geovanni: 4 goals (3 league)

MOST RECENT CLASH

Man City 5-1 Hull (Saturday 26 March)

Obviously I'm talking to myself but am off to the game now and hopefully see us bag 3 points.

Soccer Saturday have us down for an easy win (all 4 panelists backing us) but what I want to see is a decent match as well.

COME ON CITY!!!

I'll talk to you beefy, even if you have gone!

Thought SS pundits were a bit conservative. Surely a neutral can see a good tonking on the cards?

Maybe you have a point but the pundits shouldn't expect so after their win against Everton. They dont expect tonkings anyway because of the nature of the media.

I'm sure if they werent that conservative someone here will accuse them of raising expectations and putting pressure bla bla.

Having said that, who cares about SS pundits.

Very attacking line up. We really could murder Hull today.

Barry getting a breather as expected.Richards back in partly as a result of Zabba not playing very well and Richards doing well in training I guess.

There is a good bet on Boylesports or possibly other bookies for City to win with a clean sheet 11/10, considering they are 3/10 to win the game. Think it is worth a punt. Hope today we can put some ghosts to rest and have a convincing 3-0 or maybe more. Come on City!

Glad to see Bellamy getting a well earned rest - hopefully it will help him to maintain his form from the other month. He stepped up when we needed him.

Ouch, that was a bad defensive error. (Richards I think - left it and Hull got to it to cross it into the box)

Silly mistake by Richards, who's otherwise started OK. We've had some half chances the first 5 minutes.

Im liking the passing so far though. Quick passes with lots of movement.
