CITY BOLLOX
Burnley's Jordan fears for Man City kids
Burnley defender Stephen Jordan fears Manchester City's world class academy will soon be a thing of the past. Jordan, 27, came through the ranks at City and spent seven years there as a pro before deciding to try his luck elsewhere. Now he is concerned the number of players emerging from the youth set-up will diminish due to their amazing wealth. Jordan said: "When's the next academy player going to come through there? I think that's going to stop now. There's Stevie Ireland, Micah Richards and Nedum Onuoha - but it's a bit crazy what's going on there really. They've started well but you just wonder whether they'll gel together or not."
