Well done blues, keep up the support.

Having firmly bucked the Premier League trend and significantly boosted attendances this season, the Blues are close to selling out again for the visit of Burnley on Saturday.

A new stadium record has already been set once this term – against Arsenal – and City continue to be the hottest ticket in town.

There are only 650 tickets left to sell for the visit of the newly promoted Clarets – the first top flight game between the two sides on our turf since 1975. Burnley have already sold out their allocation as they seek a first away win of the season.

Fans intending to come and see the Blues’ bid to remain firmly in the top four are advised to secure their seat early and come in person to book in order to avoid any postal delivery problems.

The Hull City game on November 28 is also selling fast with around 40,000 seats already sold.

For those who want to see the Burnley game in additional style, there are hospitality packages available but these too are now limited.

For the premium matchday experience, we have limited Executive Boxes for 8 or 10 guests including a 3-course menu, complimentary drinks and executive seats on the balcony to watch the match or The Boardroom Suite offering 5-course fine dining with VIP seats in the Directors Box. All other hospitality onsite is sold out.

We can also offer limited availability offsite with a three-course buffet at the Vermilion Restaurant & Bar, a cash bar facility, stadium seat, car parking facilities at Vermilion, a matchday programme and host available from £65 + vat per person.

Please contact the Hospitality Team on 0870 062 4141 to book or for further information, alternatively you can email sales@mcfc.co.uk.

Seats for the match are available by telephone on 0870 062 1894 option 1* or to personal callers at the Box Office. *There is a £2.00 booking fee per ticket on all telephone bookings.

Hmmm ..... I have a strange feeling that some of our own tickets may have been snapped upo by those 'who may not be welcome'!

Burnley may indeed have a fair few more attending than their official allocation.

I hope i'm wrong!

Burnley sold out their allocation quite some time ago and there was a thread on another board where our fans were going on to Burnley message boards and their fans were bragging how easy it was to get tickets in our parts of the ground. It sounded like quite a few of them have aimed for the east stand.

I don't think they will have too much to shout about. I have a feeling they could suffer the same fate as Hull last year!
