Gone for West Ham.

Met a lot of Hammers fans over the years and they tend to be sensible, quite likeable people.

Apart from the Millwall thing obviously, but thats hardly their fault.

i was walking to the arsenal match and got talking to a couple of gunners quiet freindly as always. a bit different afterwards thought. get opinions of most away fans on way to match, best must be sunderland fans.

toss up for me, with somewhat of a different optic not living there provides...for me either West Ham or Baggies and i've gone for Baggies. I've known 3 close friends/co-workers who are Baggies fans, and they are a committed lot who really support the yo-yo nature of their side with excitement and enthusiasm. Hammers fans i've met are fantastic as well.

the real question is the proximity to first place...it's a steep drop from first to second.

cheers

Gone for Sunderland, but Hammers are a close second.

Magpies for me!!! They're suffering so much for their squad, I think they would deserve much more than this!!!

I don't know how anyone can have picked Newcastle, seriously? They are the most fickle fans around and if they don't bounce straight back to the Prem expect to see a half full St Jame's Park next season. They all live in cloud cuckoo land, I'll bet most of em think that they'll be challenging for the Champions League places next season, which is why every manager that comes in is on a hiding to nothing.

On the other hand the Sunderland fans how had to put up with thin and thinner and still still out to back their team with humour, like a wearside version of us :o)

West Ham (ignoring the institutional hooliganism, of course).

What Irblinx said ... Newcastle fans are a joke, 12-13k before Keegan arrived

It's a close vote. I propose we inform the winning club's forum and let them know and form some kind of friendship bond and wander together through a field of clover and daisies.

Anyways, keep voting.

West Ham for me, but being over here my opinion is not quite as concrete as others.

Newcastle are a 1 team City.
Just imagine if there was no United, we'd get more than Barca, ditto with the scousers.
Fickle set of clueless nobs.

Sunderlaqnd's crowds went down the toilet when they got relegated. In fact even in the season they dropped we went up there and the place was a long long way from full and as quiet as a morgue.
WBA make a lot of noise, but not really loyal.
Had a bad experience at West Ham years ago, nothing nice about them.
Leeds ...crowds have close on halved. Norwich fans have made a better fist of sticking with their side.
Pompey, no fans but they do make a row. Villa... fickle fuckers.
So Scunny. Just turning up to watch no glory football takes real commitment.

Voted for the Hammers.
I remember when we were relegated and the last game was at Upton Park. They ran across the pitch at the end chanting City.
I also think they somewhat represent their local community similar to City...and maybe Everton.

Sunderland fans did some dirty shit when we beat them 2-1 up there two seasons ago as I was coming out of the ground. It was not a nice place to be for me personally. Newcastle fans, though carrying a large number of morons, are dedicated and passionate. However, I'm going to have to go for West Brom. Every one of them that I've met has had a good knowledge of football, a good temperament, and reasonable expectations for their club.
