does anyone know if we ever wore this shirt for a competative game?
im sure i remember mark kennedy wearing it?

several times, especially Blackburn away last game to go up.

Away shirt for 1999/2000 season (and the one after that?). Always wanted one but never saw it for sale.

Edit: always associate it with Goater for some reason.

I'm pretty sure that is a fake.

The EIDOS was across the chest rather than under the badge on the real one.

KK is right btw, Eidos was huge across the chest

It was the kit we wore when we beat Blackburn and got promoted - but Fidel is right about the Eidos being bigger...

As stated, we wore it against Blackburn in 2000 when we were promoted last game of the season, Kennedy scored one of the goals.

i remeber the big eidos accross the front but can anyone remember the small eidos under the badge.
im sure i can remeber us wearing this. i was showing my lad my shirts and though of the new 3rd shirt when i saw this.

If memory serves, this shirt was released as a limited edition top coz the club weren't selling a full replica of the "big eidos" shirt.

The player shirt with the big Eidos was never released on sale, but the club did sell the shirt you have uploaded as a kind of cheap replica. So the shirt you have is a proper MCFC product, but that style was never worn in a game. I think City only released the small Eidos replica because they didn't want to fleece us for another shirt.

i had a feeling maybe limited edition but i thought we wore it.
maybe it was the picture of kennedy at blackburn i was thinking of but i thought i remember him wearing the one i uploaded.

i do not think they did sell it . i do remember buying it as a copy but never been to get it as origanal ( but they were the dark days )

I remember a load of fake ones being sold at The Nelson after we were beaten by Charlton in December 2000.
