From OS
We’re delighted to announce that the club has won two major awards in the fields of marketing and media.
Firstly, the much-publicised ‘Welcome to Manchester’ poster campaign featuring Carlos Tevez has scooped the Buzz Award’s ‘Peoples’ Choice’ by almost 500 clear votes following an online vote throughout August and September.
And the new MCFC site has been judged Sitecore’s ‘Website of the Year’ in the category of leisure and travel and will be shortlisted for the overall ‘Sitecore Site of the Year’ and potentially the ‘World Site of the Year’ awards.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our partners and fans that have helped make these successes a reality.
Couldn't see it posted before , sorry if it has

Sitecore! that explains why the cost of the site was so high. That CMS is very, very expensive and takes an awful lot of development time to learn and then implement.
The poster campaign was quality, I hope we do another one soon, it worked a treat.

Apparently the online vote was unfairly extended to include today and we've been outvoted : (

What really would annoy bacon face, would be to put the Tevez poster back up with a banner stating "Poster of the year".
If he hated it the 1st time, he'll have a thrombie at the 2nd.
