THAT LITTLE FUCKING MIDGET SCORES A GOAL AND THE PRESS RECKON HE SHOULD BE IN THE ENGLAND SQUAD.
WHAT A FUCKING JOKE.
HE,S STILL FUCKING SHITE AND HAS AN OBLONG HEAD.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Don´t worry the sticking plaster will fall off soon and even Capello would struggle to select a one legged striker

Don't worry, Capello can spot a has-been when he sees one.

Don't worry Carl, Don Fabio won't be picking him for England even if the nation suffered a flu-pandemic to all their main strikers...Rooney, Defoe, Heskey, C Cole, Crouch, Walcott, D Bent and Agbonlahor, as he is his own man and picks players based on form and ability, not press cuttings and the club they belong to.
Richards and Owen won't ever see the light of day for England again, thank god, and that is a reason why we might have half a chance of winning something, as all the dross will be left watching in front of their TV sets like we fans will be.

The chances are, the way the game was at that point, ANY experienced PL goalscorer would've taken up the same position because it's where the space was & most would score. The key was bad defending & a great ball by Giggs. If they'd brought on Robbie Fowler he'd've most likely scored the same goal but like Owen, would be a liability over 90 mins. Should he play for England too?

Thankfully Capello doesnt let the media pick the team for him like Mclaren did.
