Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Was it just me or did anybody else think that every time their player lost the ball to our player in our half, and especially in the middle third of the field,....their '12th man' gifted them a free kick
(a free awarded against Gareth Barry, which SkySports, to be fair, highlighted, certainly wasn't the only one)
(and does anybody know how he calculated FOUR minutes added time???...I was thinking, after we'd equalised at 3-3, there was probably going to be TWO minutes added on)

One thing I did notice, was that when United won a free kick, they are allowed to put the ball wherever they want to take it from. They did this a number of times. Even their 3rd goal the free kick is moved at least 3 yards infield of where the actual challenge took place.
There's only one Antoine!

I suppose thats just being consistent with his policy of helping them any way he could
(although, to be fair, I think all of their corners were 'correct' decisions)

As I was leaving the pub this morning someone, not sure if it was a Blue or Scum said "They don't call it the 'The Theatre of Dreams" for nothing."
The before Bellamy's late goal was no extra time, the second he scored we all joked 7 minutes or until Baconface said so. Little did we know how true.
I've come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I am all out of bubblegum.

Also the fact that Richards won the ball in a challenge with Evra (hence why the ball went the way Richards was running and not the way Evra was!)....big clue there as to what happend to a normal person, but a bent twat he just give the scum what they wanted (not the only time, and wouldn't be the last).
Then for their 4th and 1 minute OVER the allotted time, Tevez is fouled with a tackle from the back that never got the ball (as Tevez layed it off to Barry), but the ref spotted something nobody else did, gave the scum a free-kick and played on until they scored, never envisaged that happening.
I remember something similar against Sheff Wed a few years back, when there was 2 mins added time shown, 7 mins into the added time, Bruce scored to basically get them the win, that won them the league for the first time.....funny that, also Redknapp highlighted today that the ref who refused to give a stonewall penalty to Spurs, cost them at OT by giving united a penalty and was shown to have made an awful decision, funny that it always seem to favour united, these watches that the FA give their officials.

I joined this site this afternoon because I was livid with what I saw!!! There needs to be a clamp down on fairness and MUFC (forgive me) definitely had a thirteenth man (more later). Yes the MU free kicks were always moved to a more favourable position, in general the decisions were rediculously skewed against you guys. Staggered at the time added on in particular!! Love the way you play these days and hope you do well this season. To be VERY outspoken: I would love the FA to have access to today's officials' bank accounts because I am convinced, how shall I put it......, that the next few days will see 'windfalls' in the figures. I have seen this many times over the years..... (good gaolie by the way!!)

As somebody who has known more than a fair share of dodgy businessmen in his time I can assure you that not even the brown envelopes containing the wad of notes will be traceable

I remember that game also: probably about 15 years ago
and that was
exactly my thought when I watched their '12th man' give them every opportunity to score a winner
