They can use the photo in Monday's Sun as evidence that he was celebrating with the City fans in the corner and NOT the Arsenal fans to dispute the improper conduct charge - then they can dispute the term 'stamp' for the VP incident and use the rear camera shot of the incident AND the fact the referee was 5 metres away and looking right at it (and didnt even stop play) to dispute the violent conduct charge
