Gone for the subscription today so I can see Spuds and Hammers - OK could've watched on internet but wtf.

Let's see if their commentary team is better than that Setanta shit.

Anyone watched them already?

Just this minute done the same thing. I decided over the summer to get HD as a replacement for Setanta/ESPN at the same price. I lasted one weekend!

Yeah we're with them. I think the 'panel' bit is definitely an improvement on Setanta. Other than that it's just football, isn't it?

Tottenham are bossing this game. Zola will have to perform miracles again this season.

There looking very good atm. Have a feeling they will tail off eventully though because they don't have enough quality in depth imo.

Tottenham won 2 - 1 FT. The edge man is £50 up.

Now for Chelsea to pulverise Fulham.

Got it with my BT vision package for free, not bad....also announced the other day that they have the rights for Serie A.

AND with no rights being sold to the UK for La Liga as Sky turned down the 15M offer will be interesting to see where it goes, I wonder if ESPN will have a go!?

Going back to this, I have to say ESPN is a VAST improvement on that Setanta shite.

No horrible colours, professional studio presentation and KK as a guest with Shaka Hislop. Joe Royle doing the co-commentating instead of that obnoxious twat Craig Burley, who I was pleased to note is now relegated to 5-live midweek Coca-Cola (EDIT - sorry 'Carling') cup games at the likes of Tranmere.

Recommended.

Craig Burley = officially the worst co-commentator ever!

Yeah and ESPN have a HD channel which is also free for Virgin subscribers who have the V+ boxes like me :). Free HD football not like Sky who want an extra £10 a month for HD.
