A good job you're not in charge at City then.

No way we let Josko go he's a fucking beast. Competition for Guehi or could we play him in a three with Khus, we'd kick fuck out of teams with him and Khus

Also, we paid £80m for him. No way Real or Bayern are paying £90m+ for anyone

He might be if we played him centre back rather than trying to turn him into a left back

Does he? One of the few last season to play all through as I remember - don't recall him being out too often since he came. Either way, I rate him and he's not going anywhere

Before this broken tibia ploblem, he had only missed 19 matches through injury since making his professional debut in 2019. Hardly at Johnny "sick note" Stones level...

When fit Gvardiol was always in the team. Granted often as a LB.

He's probably our most complete defender in term of defensive ability and pace (actual defending) and also being comfortable on the ball and also a goal threat

Khus, Guhei and Gvardiol in a fluid back three with O'reilly / Nunes in midfield to drop in to make a 4 as required is surely the future for our side

He's our best defender IMO, was always available until this injury and unlike our other CBs is a constant goal threat, he's scored double figures in the PL.
One more set piece goal in one of our drawn games and we'd probably be champions again.
His passing is superb and he's great in the air and strong in the tackle.
Gvardiol, Khus, Guehi and Dias is a strong future basis.

He is - you're right.
Trying to think of a player loaned out who's actually come back and made a big contribution. Can only think of Alleyne for a few games this season when we were desperate.

I think there might be another one. I have this feeling, but can't put my finger on who that player might be.

There's McAtee but he didn't really make a major contribution.
