It's close though.

I thought exactly the same. Chavs weren't whinging about this one, though.

City: Kun kicks out - red card. Fern1 retaliates - red card.
Chelsea: Chalobah pushes Kun to the ground. Yellow card. No retrospective action. Fabregas slaps Fern1. Yellow card. No retrospective action.

Add the above to the other 'decisions' in our match: no penalties given, no red cards during match, every decision going again'st us, etc...
That means Taylor is just one of many that implements corrupt PL policy because
Rojo not sent off, Spurs dodgy penalty to set them up, Dippers no penalty again'st them.....this sort of stuff happens all the time.

So what are the club going to do about it?
Walk away from a £billion investment - not going to happen. Take it on the chin - not a chance.
It will be dealt with by the club - ruthlessly. The playing field will be leveled.
But how? Stuff boards with your people, take legal action, withdraw from business deals, etc...

Just curious how very powerful business billionaires (a State really) sorts this out and how long it would take?

I seem to remember the club putting something together a few years back and a few of the ref's disappeared from our duties/the game. Can't remember if it was Mason or Jones, but sure it was one of them. Didn't Walton also leave pretty sharpish? Not sure if that was us or him just escaping before he was caught.

It was Mason. He was dropped for two games near the end of our first PL title winning season. Although the used other excuses rather than saying he'd been dropped.

No worries, Taylor was at Juventus vs Zagreb tonight.

So, if Chelsea have been fined 100k and we have been fined 35k for the brawl at the end of the match, why did we get 2 reds and Chelsea none?

It was a fucking travesty, but surely Tottenham away last year was just as bad if not even worse?

Looks like it was for their fourth offence which they were warned could be a points deduction.

Can't see that happening, can you.

I've only just heard about this and came to post exactly the same. How the fuck can they get 3x the fine, yet the ref didn't send any of them off? For a start, raised hands are raised hands, there's nothing in the rules around force, etc.

Also, the officials can't have seen everything that occurred, so how come no action was taken against individuals retrospectively, or are they saying they looked and saw no wrong, yet fined them 100k anyway? Ffs.

because it's a repeat offence for them.

So, Rojo gets away with another straight red, twice in 2 weeks, similar to Costa getting away with the near leg breakers at the start of the season yet we get penalised for nearly every single incident, including Sterling looking at a player forcefully. Do we think it's still a level playing field, that ref's are just incompetent or the speed of the game, or are people waking up to the clear agenda that the establishment have set to get their preferred teams back to the top?

Yep the fine was higher due to repeat offence however the point still stands, how can they be charged if the FA can look at the footage after and deem that their players did nothing worthy of retrospective bans?

I see that Watford and West Brom have just received a 45 grand fine for a similar incident. We got a 35 grand fine, are the FA saying ours wasn't as bad?

Notice McClean got no retrospective action, even though he seemed to stamp on Pereyera.
