We look lost at the moment

We need to be level at half time both in the score and men on the field

no way he starts the 2nd half

I wouldn’t give him the 8 mins of this half.

Says something when 18-year-old Rico is the calmest head in the midfield.

Need to be having a look at the foul on Haaland there. Clean through?
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Kovacic needs to be subbed now. He’s clearly incapable of avoiding these stupid challenges.

He should have been sent off. He’s very lucky.

First glance I thought Haaland tripped over himself

The fact is hasn’t been replayed suggests there might have been more in it

To be honest, Rico, Bernie and Alvarez were ok, the rest were terrible.
We really need an orchestrator, but most of all, we need someone to feed the Viking.

Is Pep playing us very narrow on purpose, with no outside players, looking to change it up after the break?

Thought Haaland should have made more of an effort myself. A big strapping lad should put himself in there. Shearer would have scored that. So would Quinn

The goalie just about tipped it away from him as I saw it.

An experiment gone wrong I’d suggest

Surely one of Jackie or Doku comes on for Kovacic at HT

Neah, he can't.
I am thinking more and more that his first touch is purely accidental.

This 100%

No way Kovacic finishes this game.

Was lucky the yellow wasn't reversed.

That stupid tackle on Rice, he is an accident waiting to happen, and could cost us the game.

One thing is clear. If Kovacic is sent off its on Pep. Not many chances but I thought we were mostly on top. Very physical match with tackles flying in.

Got to! I'm amazed Pep didn't do it earlier
