We are not at the race yet, far to many missed place passes and no picking up way to slow

He's also been asked to play in a position he's not used to at all. He's a midfielder and a right back at a stretch. He thrives on making triangles and playing tiki-taka. That's difficult when you got out of bounds on two sides and our own eleven yard box on the third.

Kova looks like he's played in this team under Pep for years. Great signing (so far). Can't remember another player that's bedded in so fast.

Why wasn't that a penalty on foden out of interest?

Pep not a happy bunny at half time

2-0 up but very sloppy for a lot of the half

But two very well taken goals, the second in particular was superb

Commentary on my telly said there was no offside after a check. Then all Beglin said was "and foden's never getting a penalty for that"

Get our new boy on, Rico is playing himself into a loan tonight, looking well out of his depth.
