foden and sterling being replaced by saka and mount made a big difference. hate to see phil playing within himself, so frustrating.

Played out of position? Saka and Mount starred in their natural positions. Saka was shite out of position

Foden loss of form continues, which i feel has been a slow decline from middle of last season, nice young lad but why fuck about with the silly haircuts. Stones ok but limps off again for another long spell on the physio table, lucky there's a break coming up in the middle of this season. Sterling once again shows why we sold him when we did. Great at running with pace but eventually loses control of the ball.
Talk of England being tipped as a favourite in World Cup is laughable

Southgate was is and will continue to be our biggest issue. Continues to play our creative players out of position and sets us up to not lose rather than to try to win. Bellingham, mount, foden and grealish with one dm sat behind should be first picks. This idea that he has of continuing to show loyalty to players who cannot hold a place down in their club sides is a very woke idea that will bite him on the arse when the big games arrive
@ John Stones cheers mate good job we now have Jumanji to cover for you in your day job- you rest up til you can get on the plane to Qatar

Why doesn’t an interviewer tell Southgate that he’s a lying Cunt when he says he will only pick players who are on form.

Maguire ? Pmsl
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

A generational set of talent being wasted by persisting with Southgate - what a shame, probably the last serious comp where Kane will be at his prime too

Had to laugh at Alan partridge in his post match interview giving a lecture on how to handle pressure when it comes.

He's the epitome of how not to handle it, the woke wanker

So we are left with Stones injured. Rodri, Cancelo, Dias, Haaland, Mahrez all played 90 mins last night, Bernado 74 and Gomez 66 for Spain U21. Cole scored for England U21 in a short appearance while Ederson stayed on the bench and Akanji was suspended for the Swiss.
