I think that what many don't understand, is that it is possible to believe that black lives matter without being in full agreement with the #BlackLivesMatter movement.
Thats ok isn't it? Despise racism but not want to defund the police? Despise racism but not want to support Marxism or the end of capitalism?
I'm not saying that's why Millwall fans booed by the way.
What was the last movement that every match had a ceremony made for over two seasons?,
It was fine for a while but has not lost its meaning. Its become pointless.

when you get an sql error for an update of your text just try to submit it again , it will 'normally' be accepted at the second attempt . Of course an sql error in the first place , is not normal . It seems to be a tiny gremlin in the application code.

Yeah, I think one of the stories I was reading yesterday referred to the kneeling as “anti-racism”. Is that what it’s for now?

Because the Derby player standing up doing his “Black Power” salute whilst everyone was kneeling sort of debunks that. It’s not the 1968 Olympics where Tommie Smith and John Carlos had the right to do that salute, because their human rights were being breached. CKR is a millionaire - he doesn’t know anything about the struggles people like Smith and Carlos went through. It’s embarrassing now. A fuckin footballer that’s had millions copying people that actually struggled and raced racist abuse. Embarrassing, but not the first time he’s looked for attention.

Are Millwall fans fuckin horrible on the whole? Yes, absolutely. I’ve seen first hand.

Exactly

Kneeling down was encouraged ,and in many instances mentally enforced, by the BLM movement mob and now you have players who make it about Black power FFS and because of the uproar across various countries the authorities have decided to rebrand it to ''Kneeling against racisim'' as if that will not attract any boos from fans - fuckign idiots.

How about we have Kneeling against domestic abuse? wonder what the stats are across the globe for this.
Kneeling against ......................
Kneeling against.......................

Will the players take a Knee in Quatar for all the women that have no rights in that country or for all the Gay people who are murdered by that state for committing the crime of being gay ?? of course not ...they pick and choose what the PC thing is to do.

We can do this all day long with some of the atrocities that go on around the world but because there was riots across a few countries with a big section of the BLM crowd then it was decided to bring in BLM's Kneeling down pose before a football match.

Education is the ONLY way to eradicate Racism - this has been said a million times before but what the authorities are now doing is to invite violence by those fans who are pissed up and want any excuse to cause shit.

Its stupid and unnecessary.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Yeah, the kneeling was brought in because some degenerate, that once held a gun to a pregnant woman’s stomach, was killed by a policeman by kneeling on him. It was always about kneeling for black lives rather than a whole anti racist movement.

Which is fine, if people want to do that then go ahead. Standing on a pitch doing a black panther salute (the political movement not the film) is one way to reignite racial tensions, just as someone standing doing a Nazi salute would be a great advert for anti-semitism.

I think you have a point here, but I'd like to know what you mean by education. If you mean schools, yes, they have an important role to play but do you mean education in a broader sense?
I'm speaking as a secondary (state) school teacher, I'm not convinced that all teachers do this well.

whoever does it it has to be done properly. A lot of teachers believe in critical race theory, I've heard about of nurseries teach gender fluidity at the age of 3...

Absolutely - it needs to be done correctly. All races need to be taught about. Picking and choosing different races will confuse kids even more.

We have to be careful how this is taught as I would not like a woke 'cancel culture' type teacher brain washing students otherwise we will have a nation of kids scared to say anything for fear of upsetting someone

There needs to be a common sense approach to teaching children that its wrong to do A B and C - how this is implemented is up to the education authority.

Well therein lies the problem. Most of us teachers are biased to the left. I'm a lefty and rather woke but I keep my opinions to myself in the classroom, even when 'teaching' my form group cancel culture, democracy etc via slides created by a 3rd party provider (which is biased towards left wing sources).

I've seen BLM delivered in assembly, wel intentioned but inaccurately delivered, biased. I've heard kids saying they are sick of having it rammed down their throats. As kids get older, they question authority, they quite rightly question the opinions that woke muddle class people throw at them.

And there are some absolute nutcases in education, including teacher trainers.

Its so difficult to get right
