when you get an sql error for an update of your text just try to submit it again , it will 'normally' be accepted at the second attempt . Of course an sql error in the first place , is not normal . It seems to be a tiny gremlin in the application code.

There needs to be a common sense approach to teaching children that its wrong to do A B and C - how this is implemented is up to the education authority.
