That doesn't seem to be how Pellegrini operates - he's giving match time to first teamers who need it, resting the regulars that need it, and filling bench gaps with 'others'. He will probably carry on doing what he did last season and bring on his strongest options (whoever that happens to be).

Firstly they'll be thinking what the hell do we have to do to get a game thus denting their morale.
