To be fair, the original post does suggest some people will wait for the transfer window to finish to either make their choice or amend a choice from earlier as we will have a better idea of squads after that.
I myself updated from second to first in Premier league following the signings of Otamendi and KDB. Coupled with Arsenals, Chelsea's and rags lack of decent signings and I think we have the best squad now by far, hence my upgrade.
I'm going to change my vote after 37 games so I'll be right on the money.
The idea wasn't to be fucking right, it was to gauge the confidence we had at the time, having some people change their votes now(while the majority won't) makes the whole thing neither gauge the confidence levels before the start of the season nor gauge the confidence levels now.
