Whilst I wouldnt say SWP played well last night as he gave the ball away too esily too often but he did put 2 great crosses over which could easily have ended in goals. Very early on the one that was a tap in for anyone totally alive to the possibility and late on when Milner volleyed just over.
If they had been from Beckham they would have been emphasised as the reason he should be on the plane.
