Are you serious? When we're playing using Plan A and it's not working he rarely changes the tactics during a game. We've stuck with the same system ALL SEASON despite teams working it out.

I'm not sure it's right to say he has used the long ball over the top as a system per se. Yes it has happened in games and Ed's five or six assists shows it has been effective, but it hasn't been used nearly enough. One might argue that if he uses it more then we'd never get opponents high enough up the field to allow us to use it at all, and using it sparingly helps with the element of surprise, but there have not been nearly enough long balls over the top in my opinion. Haaland is fast and he is strong. We should be doing it 2 or 3 times a game, not 10 or 11 a season. Mind you none of this has anything to do with the youth cup final.
