I was his biggest supporter on here but ever since he got his pay rise he’s played safe every single fucking time .

I gave grealish the same shit when he did it so I’ll give Foden the same treatment .

If they cannot put in dangerous balls every single time then they can sit on the bench and watch some other player doing what they cannot do .

Pep has to sort this shit out - we have been shocking longer than I can remember .

Phil will bounce back, but he is not alone in his slump.
Overall in the larger part we have not been great all season. Haalands goals have put a gloss on what have been sometimes good, often average and erratic performances since August.
Two defeats on the bounce we just need to win on Thursday by any means, don't care how. Just need to chalk up a win.
We don't need any rotation or this resting bollocks when we need to win, strongest 11 Pep. But we have won 4 from 5 titles, is the hunger there?

I don’t expect us to win the prem every season , not in the slightest . I do expect us to perform , and that includes the manager .

Players and manager have been
Mostly shit this season.
There is , or should be , no argument on that .

I agree - players and manager performances have been way below expectations.
Hunger should not be a problem - the squad has been refreshed, There are about 7 regular first team players who have won one trophy or less.
(Haaland, Alvarez, Grealish, Akanji, Phillips, Rico, Palmer)
Something is a miss for certain but having said that we would have won on Saturday if we were not blatantly cheated. So maybe it is not as bad as it looks.

Blatantly cheated on Saturday, blatantly cheated at the dippers. We'd be right up Arsenal's arses with those points.
We've still got more points after 18 games than we did in 13/14 and 20/21 when we won the league both times.

IMO played himself out of the starting 11 versus Arsenal with his attitude and performance when he came on yesterday.

He was like a kid that didn’t understand positioning. Got turned inside out at one point. Was jogging back instead of sprinting.

Something definitely going on.

agreed. i was fuming when i saw that. not to mention he had several chances to run at his marker but he chose to pass back...basically like every other appearance this season bar 1.

He needs to do a Rashford and energise himself. Short of confidence and minutes maybe but yesterday's effort was well below acceptable.

I thought he was a disgrace at the swamp in the derby and then everyone blamed Cancelo for not passing to him.
Yesterday he was equally bad- refused to take Ashley Young on once, just like at Villa Park and just like against Milner and he can have no excuses yesterday as Grealish didn't stop taking him on. Jack's miles better at the minute.

I certainly would not be starting him Wednesday night.
But Pep doesn't listen to me  and often has other plans.

What player has the most league titles as a player in Division 1/Premier League history? Does anyone know?

Phil has 5 and at this rate I wonder how many he can reach.

Wowser not too shabby. Phil is young enough to catch them both

League titles only count properly if you get over 90 points. :D

Grealish gets a lot of heath while Foden it seems he gets a free pass.
So predictable it hurts, incapable of using his right leg, he is slowly turning into a squad player, instead of we expected from him
