Messi is a cut above anyone in the world. He's technically as good as Silva. The passing. The close control. He sets up just as many as he scores. But he's faster, a much better dribbler, and the best finisher in the world. Messi is the best player i've ever seen, and will probably go down as the best ever.
Silva could end up having a legacy as big as Zidane's if he wanted, but he's no Messi. Still, best player in the league by a mile :)
Also, if you think Barcelona wouldn't work the Premier League then you're seriously naive. They'd destroy everyone in this league too.
