It may be a private members club but they have to adhere to the legislation of the country they are operating in.
And it will never become illegal to borrow money.
Has nothing to do with debt. They cannot regulate where anyone gets money from, no one is saying that. But they can say whether the rules have met for entering their own competitions! If we spend more than our qualifying earnings, under their rules, they will disqualify us, simple as that.
Has everything to do with debt.Platini's gripe is that clubs are borrowing to much money and living beyond their means.
And if he thinks he can change the laws on finance he is mistaken.

Nope. He has said debt is ok as long as it is commercially raised. It is the provision of loan capital or new equity from owners that he is seeking to stop!

In a similar way to Mr.Bosman, when he took them to court we will be entitled too.
And a judge will rule in our favour that it is non of UEFA's business where new capital or equity is obtained from.As long as it is not raised illegally then UEFA have no right to question where it comes from

Any attempt to 'manipulate' the market by UEFA, as Platini is trying to do, will be taken to the EU court in Brussels. period.

It's not manipulation of the market, it's setting of rules for a football competition. They only fell foul before because they interfered with the freedom of movement of workers. I cannot see any grounds in this instance for the court to take any interest. Can you? Am I missing something?
The majority of the shares of MAN Ferrostaal is held by the International Petroleum Investment Company from Abu Dhabi (IPIC – 70%). MAN AG, Germany, is a minority shareholder (30%).
