I am perhaps too positive - but I read that as being - "... give the UAE a goal start - add another 1 or 2 throughout the game for them but them run out winners by 4 goals - bringing on stars for cameos in the last 15mins......"

(I have a strange mind)

Fucking fantastic stream, great quality which is more than the team we have selected. Honestly, we could have played this game just about without the need for a two week break. Only Zabs and Ireland would even feature in the first team and that's not even guaranteed this season. What's the point of all the first team stars flying over if they aren't gonna play.

Vidal has been impressive. Marshall is slow as fucl and is reminding me abit of Joey due to the fact he keeps trying to pay killer balls over 50 yards which he can't pull off.

I wonder how much good will is generated by putting out a second rate team against their national side.

Well it depends on what people - UAE, MCFC, players and fans want out of it??

Playing top team to win 10 - 0 is a bit OTT (if we would)

Giving the kids a break must be massive for them, Mee, Trippier etc = although so far they have only confirmed the gap between youth and 1st team

But the locals must be excited and hopefully we will bring on some 1st team members and win by a couple of goals - is there a CUP for this? - could be that we get our 1st trophy of the season - and we will all be delighted??????

As much good will I might say, there are only 3 first teamers from our side..
