BBC reporting "police sources" claiming 100 dead in the Concert Hall. They stormed the Hall but couldn't save them.

One wonders where it will end. Could be over 150 dead. Deepest sympathies to all concerned.

Makes you wonder about the Euros next year. Security Forces admitting they are overwhelmed by maybe up to six or seven coordinated attacks at once.
Guessing if it is ISIS we could be in for a sickening follow up of internet videos of executions.
Latest: at least 118 dead.
Sickening.

Details are a bit sketchy but it looks as if only the Otter started in the Argie v Brazil game. I don't know if daft Martin or Fern 1 were used or unused subs but it's good they didn't start

Horrible stuff in Paris, which could indeed happen anywhere.

I hope we dont see an over the top reaction in terms of security at games and events though.

I think it's inevitable that proper security will need to be deployed at stadia, body frisks, bag scans etc come next summer's tournament. Whether it actually makes a difference, we will see

I'm always surprised at how little security there is in England at footy matches. In the US at major events we stick a wand up your ass and make you bend over and spread your cheeks afterwards.

I am looking at Norway vs Hungary and my only questions is: how did they manage to face each other? One of those two will have to qualify and I am saying have, because the two legs were a joke so far, while Ireland and Bosnia have to face eachother.

Platini is a knobhead.

No, it's not. It's sad for the kid just like it was sad for Delph.

I don't like any player getting injured, ever. I can try and make an exception for Rooney but he's the only player that i let tempt me to invalidate that rule, and only if it's a minor injury. (Alright i'm kidding they could use a guillotine on him and i'd be okay i think.)

cheers

This....I typed this out and didn't post it...phone batteries are another thing we can guillotine. I didn't add the Rooney bit, but I'm okay with that too.
