Indeed , as the first thing we are likely to do in the middle of negotiating the transfer, is to discuss sticking points with the Daily Star!!

Absolutely shit all rumours about SuperMario's high request of money to our board! A clever journalist of Sky Sport Italia called Matteo Barzaghi told a few minutes ago on TV there's a difference of 2 ml £ between City and Inter Milan and there's no problem about how much the player will keep in the next five years from City. Daily Mail or Express, just like the Economist or the Times when they try to show Italian situation to English people, are often full of bollocks!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

Might be that a couple of players have already been signed and theyre waiting for Mancini to unveil them.

If so lets hope James Milner is done aswell so they can spunk 10 millions on McGeady.

Is it? I've just read some dodgy Italian translation off NewsNow saying that his agent is confident of a move but nothing yet in place, basically. It does say that they are still as far apart as the clubs themselves and that they will work right up to 31st August to get it done, but then says if it doesn't get done they'll look elsewhere.
Saying that, it could've said that he was having bacon and egg for breakfast, it was that bad.

Blue Mong is getting ahead of itself..all that's happened is the agent has rubbished claims that mario wants 180k and that talks are ongoing..I think the sticking point is between the both clubs but should be resolved shortly

At least he seems to be suggesting that everything's ok between him, the player & City though. That's great news imo because he is the main reason a deal would be likely to fuck up. If it's now just down to city & Inter agreeing, I could imagine an outside chance of Balotelli turning up on Saturday.
