Surely Enrique has been contacted by someone up in the ivory tower ?

We ain't luring Enrique any time soon. Would you take Klopp despite his history with us?

I think the bigger question is , would Klopp get more out of this team ( and our youth) than Pep has done the last 2 years or so ?

Do you think he would have.
The only time he won the league in Covid, the following season he finished on less points than Pep last season. Hardest thing to do is retain it which Pep has done countless times.
I don't think he was such an advocate of youth either judging by his track record.

If you dig into Klopps past he actually has a very strong record with regards to youth. At Dortmund he built a title winning team around young talents like Gotze (academy) and a 21-year-old Lewandowski. At Liverpool he's given senior debuts to 40+ academy players, Trent, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott, Connor Bradley etc. into first-team regulars—and has history on his side by trusting kids in big games (e.g., Carabao Cup final with youth starting in that match)

So yes - I think he would do far better than Pep with regards to the youth.

Pep's also given senior debuts to well over 20 players of which Foden, O'Reilly, Lewis, Palmer are all full Internationals now. The only 1st team regular at Liverpool was Trent then Bradley when he left.
You've also not answered whether he'd get more out of our team at the minute ( only made reference to the youth) when you think 1 injury to VVD and his team plummeted.

I think there are many managers out there who would get more out of our team than Pep has done so far this season -

That’s my opinion and I dare say there’s fans all over on this site and beyond who think the same.Pep has been fucking abysmal in many areas of coaching our players this season - he’s all over the place with his decision making. He only played Khus and the other youngster (who both excelled ) because he had no other fuckign choice !!!

I honestly want him gone and replaced - that’s how I feel.

As for Klopp managing us ? It would not piss me off if he did come.

Zero chance of Klopp managing us. It’s simply never going to happen. The same way Pep would never manage Madrid

Would he get more out of this squad? Difficult to answer for many reasons not least his and Pep’s preferred laying styles are very different. But I do think he’d get the defence more cohesive and attackers like Doku and Sav and Grealish before them, playing more to their strengths. Which means passing forward

Agree totally on zero chance Klopp coming and I'm quite glad about that. I know i wouldn't be able to warm to him just like i couldn't to Mark Hughes.
There's been so much shit talked on here about replacement managers. There's only 2 I'd be happy with, Enrique or Emery

Absolutely every chance Klopp would manage us. He's not born and bread Scouse. Pep has hated Madrid from a young age. No comparison with Barca-Madrid

If Pep had to choose one club to go out of business between Man City and Barcelona, we all know he’d pick us.
The point is: we’re City fans first and last. Managers and players go where the biggest wages are - that’s football.
If Klopp became our manager, I genuinely believe he’d get us playing better than Pep is right now. Some fans want to live in the past; I prefer the present. There’s only so much credit in the bank from previous glory before it’s time to move on.

The present is we're 2nd and in 4 comps.
Not many times Klopp achieved that.

I want Pepito gone, but I would rather see us in League 1 rather than have Kloppo here.

Pep spent 2 billion compared to Klopps 1 billion so I’d expect baldy to be miles ahead of Klopps achievements.

For that mental amount of money that pep has spent id expect a lot more than the shite he’s dished up the last 2 years.

Second and playing shit - carry on like this and it will be a repeat of last year.

You want to check his net spend the last 5 years, similar to West Ham and Forest.

I would rather circumcise myself without anesthetic than see klopp manage us

Despite everything wonderful that Pep has done for us, we would be winning the league this year if Pep had left before Vinny signed for munich and he was here instead

Worth adding.....

Klipperty managerial record 1080 games, win ratio 54% (ish)

"Baldies" record..... 1017 games, win ratio 71.4%

And some would rather klipperty here.......
