Well we finished with the right formation in the end.

Why does it take Lampard to come in to remind us how to play?

Missing some bollocks in the first half.

Pretty annoying game that. Jovetic shooting like a school boy in those last 5 mins

The lack of effort from City players has been pathethic though.Shocking home performance when we really needed a win to kick on.A much lesser Roma side showed far more desire than the City players did tonight. We only looked like we gave a shit when it was too late.

I really think Roma is not bad team at all if u look at the players really solid team with great menager

When the medals are being handed out Roma won't be anywhere in sight. We made them look good as we have done in this competition many times before.

Man to man we are a superior team. They have a couple of players injured as well.

Sorry Pellers 1 out of 10. Roma are a very good side but weakened. We're better than that and you're not setting up right and getting the best out of this group of players at least in the CL. Whatever the fans think the owners attach a lot of importance to the CL and won't be pleased if we bomb out even from a tough group like this. We probably need to beat Bayern at home with their best players back or at least get a draw in Rome with their missing players back. We need to play a hell of a lot better than we did tonight to have any chance of that.

And who takes responsibility for that? He set the tactics and for the majority of the game he was sat there expecting them to win; I didn't see him complaining too much from the sideline.

Pellers got it completely wrong and the fact that he brought on Jovetic, who hasn't played for how long, says we were desperate for something, rather than playing our game. Even Lampard was the wrong call for me.

None of the players seemed confident, like most of the season to be honest.

And while I'm being honest, will Vinnie fuck off with his childish battle cry. It's shite and none of the rest of the players really care when he does it.

It looks like Manchester City don't care about the Champions League.

Fans and players.

I used to really like the competition but it was probably because i was neutral and watching the "drama" for years.

Now that I'm kicking every ball, I'm falling out of love with it too. Big time.

Roma were fucking lambs for the slaughter for the last 35 mins.

The rags from a few years back would have murdered these again. We need to wake up. Napoli were no fucking good, Ajax were no fucking good, Bayern were fuck all a few weeks back. We are underperforming. If we had started the game the way we finished it, we would have fucked them up.

Tonight's team, just like the one in Bayern, would not get anywhere close to winning the Premier League. We are better than this.

Not often do I critizise Pellers but he took the wrong forward off when he subbed Dzeko imo he should have hooked Aguero off.Dzeko actually impressed me tonight with his hold up play bringing other players into the game.

Do you hate the competition or just frustration at how City have performed in the competition?

I'm frustrated to no end with the way city have played in this competition.OD touched on it in his earlier post.I used to really enjoy this competition but City have underachieved so far in the champions league.

Can I ask again, why didn't Maicon get a red?

I have Felling Edin would score today if he stay , and i do not agree Roma is solid team we play bad , It s not that we fuck up against CSKA
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

If we didn't change it the score would have been 1-3.

I think that question belongs in the officials thread.

Right beside... it all evens out over the course of the season.

True. But it should've been Aguero coming off, not Edin.
