I watched the Rags last night , there was an offside call against Villa, the linesman flagged immediately, They replay the offside immediately.
it was offside, no doubt.

tonight we get bankers on commentary saying the linesman has to let it flow and wait until he actually touches or moves to the ball. result ? Stones out for the season .

Was not necessary. offside ? flag him offside and save the energy.
