Stones must be wondering what the fuck he has to do to get a regular run at centre half again. Him and Dias is the best partnership for me, Laporte goes to fuck when under any pressure, great man for passing balls out when nobody coming. Cancello doesn’t even try to defend the cross. All spurs do every game is counter and play same ball and it’s worked for them under 3 different managers in a row. We were crossing balls in and leave the one striker with a physical presence we have on the bench and have Foden challenging their centre halves.
Very disappointing performance from all including the manager, even the draw gave us the cushion to lose one more game to lose game from there was very unprofessional. Agreed. Sterling was actually a real threat. Mystifying withdrawal, Foden was useless tonight and vanished in the 2nd half. KDB did nothing too, literally nothing. Stunning. Obscene is an apt word, it was truly that.
