Wouldn't expect anything less. He is an intelligent man, unlike a lot of the mongs out there spouting shite left right and centre.

This part is fascinating. I wonder who can it be?
Arteta?

Saw that yesterday mate but it was quickly shot down for having no substance.

Players and staff wouldn’t have any information on Mancini’s contract conditions. It’s just media nonsense to try and put us in the guilty column because “look look even their ex players knew about it”.

Players and staff wouldn't. Garry Cook would.

Good point. Equally, lovely guy Garry, but if that’s the best they’ve got then good luck to them  at the level he was at he would be implicating himself and he’d also be brought up on charges. This isn’t just being charged by the Prem, we’re essentially being accused of fixing our books - HMRC would come knocking id imagine regarding tax that is owed. Garry would be dropping himself in it massively. Im not sure what the punishment is for fixing your accounts, but I’d imagine he’d be facing jail time.

when this gets taken to court would the PL have to reveal the person who informed the PL?

In the High Court absolutely. Otherwise the Prem could just say “we’ve got 20 former employees of City lined up that have given evidence”. The court would need names.

There's a post on Bluemoon, which I really can't be arsed finding again which goes something like this.
"My brother in law knows a chef at City, and he heard senior players saying "we're in trouble, they know about it""

That one got no traction on even the conspiracy theory centre that is BM

#9 on the email list.

Were we legitimately in for Pogba then?

I'd say I can't imagine such dumb content being in professional emails but then I remember I work for a big law firm and some of our emails make those look professional

Some of the things I have learned. - :

The integrity/effectiveness of the auditors Could be in for question.

These are not FFP charges, but non compliance with the PL rule Book.

Although there are no statute of limitations on these matters, a Lawyer could reasonably argue going back so long is not in the spirit of the rules.

The process of investigating could take years

Nobody will come out of this smelling of roses.

This process is unprecedented.

Appeal is possible to another panel

Highly unlikely it will result in relegation and/or retrospective stripping of points/titles

We can be found not guilty, but this does not prove we are innocent it means they couldn’t prove we are guilty.

I think that’s enough for now.

We need to get hold of evidence re VAR misuse and Refs briefing. That would immediately shutdown this witch-hunt.

I am prepared to accept a relegation, losing players that don't want to stay in Championship if it means we are going to prove, without a doubt, ref bribery, VAR bribery and doping with rags and spouse.

I want the bubble to burst so fucking much, you have no idea. To expose these corrupt bastards.

Timing, as mentioned on another thread is an interesting one to follow closely.
News now emerging of new firmer interest from Qatar in buying MU.
Playing conspiracy theories, new owners take over MU and Liverpool. Can spend zillions with zero restrictions as they invented FFP to allow this. Their main contender has been (will be) nullified. Adds to the selling price btw. Leading to restoration of glorious age old historic clashes between gladiators MU Vs. Liverpool, with Arsenal and Chelsea making up the top4.

Far fetched yes but there is a reason for the timing and that will emerge over time. It is strange that an attempted nullification of City coincides with the 'big' 2 being for sale.
