If we have to play Atletico I get the feeling it would be like playing a team full of Zabbas who were managed by Zabba.

That's terrifying. I picture each Zabba walking off the field unfazed after 11 different bloody, bandaged injuries

Bayern. I'd happily take the distraction all round to throw it up in the air.

I don't fancy is against real and atletico might just out run us.

That said fuck it last 4 lets get at them.
Tracking back is overrated.

Tough call, but I voted for this as well. Doesn't seem to really matter much, but creates a lot more intrigue for the Semis. The Madrid derby, and then the Pep narrative. Having actually beaten Bayern twice in the past two years, and given that their defence seems quite vulnerable compared to the past makes me think we might have the best chance against them even though they arguably have the best squad remaining.

Atletico concern me because I feel they could outwork and frustrate us, hitting us quickly on the counter all of which I feel is where we are most vulnerable. Real have been inconsistent and not showing so much with their defence either, because they push so far forward, but Ronaldo has shown himself to be a big game player (although the last goal he scored should have hit the wall), and they are in better form over the past few weeks.

Again, whoever it is it could go either way. I will be enjoying the experience that is for certain. Hopefully we can go into the 2nd leg similarly or better than we did against PSG.

Sterling had fuck all to do with us reaching the semis??

I think you need to revisit that - it is the competition he's shone the brightest in IMO.

We will beat either of the Spansh teams over 2 legs. I went for Athletico but either way we will reach the final. The final, as a one off game, could go either way but Bayern will be tough.

Bizarrely I think over two legs we have a better chance against Real. They are a side who do have off days when they can be beaten and beaten well. Wolfsburg beat them 2-0 for Gods sake. Zidane is unproven as a manager and I reckon Pellers might just out fox him. Is asking a lot but it is the semi final of the CL. No easy games here.

Atletico would be two really tough, grinding games which doesn't suit our style. Even on an off day, they keep it tight. Bayern, I think over two legs would just be a little too strong, especially at their place. However they have got issues in defence. Would prefer them in the final though as it goes.

It has to be Zidane and his one man team.

Real - stop the showpony and they're beatable, especially at the back.

Bayern look vulnerable at the back (which is a worry for next season), but I'd prefer them in a one off, especially if we finish 5th and need to win it to be in it next season. Robben in net anyone...

I'm not sure if you guys realize this but that was the group stage you assclowns. Yes he did well in about 3 or 4 matches. Very well in a couple I remember.

He didn't factor in us getting past PSG.

oh look, the judge just reopened the case on appeal and you're going to have to pay my court costs in stabvests and Beers.

Cheers
