How weird have tried this a couple of times and just get some court order page saying they have been blocked.

try using a vpn or hola extention to say you're in spain, germany, usa or anywhere else. Then the page should be unblocked since it has worked fine for me in 3 or 4 different countries. Because once you have the sopcast or acestream link you can turn the vpn off again. But just like the old wiziwig, it could dissapear tomorrow so always have to keep one eye on the next one...

VPN basically takes advantage of networking, to allow data to be shared over the internet by the network as though the computers were in the same room - one of those computers can be in another country and that's where the clever trickery comes in - the foreign computer (or server) downloads the files that you need and passes them to you on the virtual network which gets around the region locked or ISP blocked problems that you're currently encountering.

Super easy and free. I'm sure you can find similar for Firefox. It will only affect your browser traffic, so sopcast and acestream feeds will be 100% speed.
