I'm guessing you're not local either. The only moronic thing is that it took until now to postpone it. From the reports at lunchtime it was obvious what was going to happen.

How does this affect our lineup for Saturday? Before this postponement most agreed that the FA cup on Sat had to be the lowest priority over the 3 game stretch. Now, obviously, Barca is the highest priority but what about Sat now?
The rescheduling could fuck us over down the road...

The other bonus is that it now puts us at a better advantage with Chelsea. Everybody was saying that they'll get a rest midweek whereas now we'll have had a rest while they play 2 games in quick succession. Might be a downer that we don't get to see our game tonight but at least we can take joy in whatever happens at the Library. Arse lose and we're smiling. Rags lose and we're smiling. Draws all around and we're smiling. What's not to like ;-)

Allows saturday's game its proper status for me - the players will be rested so we should play our best eleven and try to kill it off. A draw and a replay would be a worst case scenario (and may suit Mourinho) so might as well play all out attack.
