Yes, I stayed like I always have done for the past 40 years... and got home at 6.35 and I live in Leeds!
Some twats who live in Manchester made our ground look shite in the last 10 mins today when we are on Match of the day tonight for everyone to see.
4-1 up and you piss off... you should be ashamed.

So did I, pointless otherwise, but where we're concerned that's not true. We are top of league, blue army!

Surely the prospect of missing x-factor would be a good reason to stay unitil the end?

Just got home 8pm to Warwick and stayed to the end bet 95% of those who left have less far to go.
I travel to see a game not part of it I just cant believe anyone leaves
It may be my last year as a season ticket holder as it just doesn't seem the same with so few English and local players (but I said that last year)

yes but getting pissed in town can hardly be counted as "travelling home"

I live near trafford centre. We're normally home in twenty minutes and we leave on time. Never any serious traffic really. Key is to make sure you don't have to turn left on that road that's always closed cos of the four way junction and the traffic cops.
If you turn up early enough and get a good parking space then you'll be fine. We're always at the ground best part of two hours early, means we can enjoy the atmosphere, pick our parking spot, and then get home much much quicker.

I stayed til the end, applauded the team off the pitch too.
Have finally walked in my house in Kent at 2150!
Not being a martyr, but am just as pissed off as everyone else is about all the empty seats at full time when we've just gone top of the league. Thought we deserved better than that!

Just saying.
I'm sorry leaving 5 minutes early with my disabled brother annoys you so much. Next time we'll wait till the final whistle and watch everyone barge past with no thought to us or a 6 year old in a wheelchair trying to get out of the ground.

To be fair, Leanne, he clearly isn't having a go at you. You have a reason. Others don't.

I didn't say he was having a go at me specifically. How do you or anyone else know people's reason for leaving?

No one should have to justify their reasons for leaving.

My mate always stayed until the end with his sister and had no problems wheeling her down from the 3rd tier. Each to their own as they say.

And no-one should have to keep quiet if they want to voice their view on the subject.

I'm on the back row of the lower tier so there are a number of people in wheelchairs behind me, they always stay until the end too.
