Silva and Yaya were the architects of the hour long demolition.
Some excelent stuff from the full backs, AJ, VK, and NDJ.

Silva - so good today he gets it even though he only played one half and another player got a hat-rick! Genius!

Silva for me, however there were so many who shone it was a tough call!

Crossing appears to offer the wisest words in this thread. Gutted I couldn't trek up for this game, had it earmarked from beginning of season but family commitments stopped me, thought I'd catch MOTD but the fucker ain't on!!!
What Crossie says though is bang on (fookin hopefully) Silva has found his feet and is showing no wincing or moaning whatsoever, we need his type to put the ball at the feet of the front boys like be is doing.
Shamefully it is days like today that make wish I was single again and able to just hoof it up the M40 & M6 without a care in the world that wasn't sky blue :(

It's weird but I thought Silva was a bit quiet today. Mario scored a hatrick but didn't really inspire. For me it was a toss up between Nige and Vincent. Two's just looks too good for many forwards he comes up against these days. He is tip top and splendid.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

Several good performances but Big Vinny was the pick for me today. Unflappable.

Silva was from another planet today, a fucking rolls royce. An Ali B or kinky in their primes. He is all ours, for the next 5 years or whatever. I think he is becoming happy with his surroundings, doesnt seem to moan, loves being involved, wants the ball, makes things happen.
He is awesome, and still approaching his prime
Damn right!
Awesome today! Chases anything, superp skills, great football brain and mixes it a bit too!
What a fantastic player he is!

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy!

Silva with an honourable mention to joleon. I prefer Micah at rb at the moment too.

Fellas, you do realise there's a fixtures tab at the top of this page? There to be checked and double checked at your own convenience.
EDIT: Silva btw, with NDJ a close second. Mention to Mario with 3 goals and a smile. Is that 10 in 10?
Has the world gone mad, ..............or is it me?

I went for Lescott. De Jong, Silva and Kompany were equally good but all have more votes. Balo and Johnson were great too.

Went for Balotelli. Silva was good but anyone that scores a hat-trick like that at age 20 deserves it. Anyone tried taking a pen?
Plus he seems a shy lad, I'm trying to build up his confidence!! :-)

What a brilliant performance by everyone concerned. So I'd say Mancini.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Silva by a long shot....this guy just makes us tick.
If fans called Ireland superman then what does that make silva????....one of them isnt fit to tie up the others shoe laces.

Silva, no doubt.
Mario did little apart from the handy hattrick, while De Jong and Kompany were both super as well. Impressed with AJ early in the second half running at their full back.

DS by far for me.
Though I had been very glad to see our usual gorgeous Vinnie back.
I like very much Micah perforformance too, and that is not a new anymore this season.
