I've greased my fence up and added nails and broken glass on the top just in case some fucker tries to climb up it. When the time comes, I'll jump off and some licker can have my seat!

I've been a fence sitter with every manager we've had in my time, the only thing that changes is the timing of the 'Out'!

Hmm interesting... i did include a door on each side of the fence T house, both alarmed of course, in case i need to jump either way.
The whole fence is a bit of an eyesore now as the last 14 fence houses are all in various states of decay running back down the garden. The Sven one i noticed recently is losing its 'nice' paint job rapidly. The previous one is still in good fettle though and even thought of building a bridge to it... it has a certain 'flair' that is lacking in the current one... but i think i might wait till after the weekend before making any real plans.

I hear that Hughes got de-fence kicked in and that Mancio's needs a little gloss ;-)

FFS.. how did you know that? small world init!

I got some gloss for Mancio's but when i came to use it found the can was all rusty and the first coat was all dull and had no brilliance.. i have another can of fancy foreign stuff somewhere but the local council have put a ban on painting for the next few weeks, typical!

Aye. We need a great big, fuck-off, super-wide fence that we can all sit on, hold hands and sing Kumbaya till things straighten up.

Cracking opening post, btw. I think you said what most people think.

A couple of things:

I believe with Mancini as manager, that come May we will finish in the top 4 and that is rightly the objective. If we can continue to mount a title challenge and stay involved in that until March/April then all the better.

Crucially Mancini was the appointment of the board, the owner and the chairman. Hughes wasn't and so there was always a suspicion that rightly or wrongly he was on borrowed time.

I do my best to climb back on the fence every week, we're fourth, we don't concede, players back, the team is evolving etc etc. Then I see us play and I fall off on the 'Fuck off Mancini you hopeless boring fuck up' side. I'll have climbed back up in time to hear the team announced for Sunday's game.

I don't think he's done anything to warrant being sacked - objectively he's doing very well.

Still, I'm completely bored by his football and am not enjoying it at all.

You could always brag with your friends about her though, they won't know how she's in bed. ;)

The trouble with sitting on the fence is you getspikes up your arse. And spike's a fecking big lad. No doubt its where most of us are at the moment. But as a full blooded Marxist I sense a revolution isn't far away. Mind you I've been waiting since 1870 something, lol
