yeah same for me really. Mostly because i don't watch a lot of Serie A and when i have seen Inter i honestly didn't see much of him. i was underwhelmed a month ago, but i really think this kid is gonna be something special. Can't wait to see him. Dont think this was done in time for Spurs tho, was it?

cheers

I think it's because I've considered the reasons why he's been sometimes underwhelming & the fact that he was 19 years old last season, that's made me realise just what we could be getting for our money. Vlad Weiss is nearly a year older than him!

Amazing signing!!!

We've just signed arguably the most naturally gifted footballer Inter have ever produced, at the age of 20!! The summer after they win the Champions League!!!!! What an incredible time to be a blue!

Welcome to Eastlands, SuperMario! Italian Blue Mooners are waiting now to watch you in a skyblue shirt playing at your best. Don't be afraid for some racist Italian Serie A fans. They don't deserve a true champion like you, definitively!

Balotelli was one of the players I wanted at the beginning of the summer. I'm made up we've got him.

He's only scored 20 in 59, that's 1 in 3.

Could be! I'm just hoping that ratio comes way down while he's with us.

It was only last season Rooney's scoring record hit the roof. Balotelli is such a sensational prospect.

Bonus as well that he speaks English - I didn't think he would.

Alright!! Super Mario comes at last. He's a rare talent and I am sure that Mancini
can get the best of him. Next stop, James Milner's residence.

You know, when 'they' say we're ruining football they have a point - FM 2011 just became a piece of cake.

I wish I was as excited as you guys.
I haven't really seen him play, only youtube clips of his good moments. But I've read as much bad things (media, yeah I know) about him too.
I hope he's strong enough to fight the pressure the price tag will give him and, imo surprisingly the expectations of our fans as well.

At the moment, while I haven't seen him play, he's our third/fourth choice striker and my personal expectations are at that level as well.

Hopefully I'm in for a great surprise when I actually see him on the pitch.

Anyway, Welcome to Manchester Mario!

Love the opening animation.

However, not too keen on the 2nd line on the homepage:
