David Platt To Become Mancini's Number 2?

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I would rather have Roy K***e at the club than this utter rag licking twat. Nobody in football bar perhaps Merson, slags City more than Platt, nobody. He's freely admitted in public that he hates City, he's said it.

If anyone from the club is reading this; DO NOT GIVE THAT MAN A JOB AT MANCHESTER CITY, HE IS NOT WELCOME.

Please God no !

It's not just that he's anti City, it's that he never seems to say anything sensible about football in general.

Is this actually reported anywhere?

I can't see it on newsnow and haven't seen it previously

Are you all getting your knickers in a twist over a KK exclusive or is there even a smidgen of "reported fact" in this?

And some on here fall for it.

I've never believed that Brian Kidd was Mancini's choice, though.

I remember talking to a bloke ages ago in the front of Mary D's who swore that he KNEW that Garry Cooke was a Mune, I laughed it off at the time as he was a bit of a wanker, but after Hughes, Kidd and then Platt??

I fucking hope not!!

There's 27 clauses in the "No RAGs" rule, Sandman. Need we dig all this up again? Yes to Shaun Goater, maybe to Pieter Schmeichel and No to Umbridge LLessLLie.

Always thought Garry Cook was a Birmingham City Fan as I believe he hails from the Capital of the West Midlands.

In all honesty I cant argue about having Rags in the club given the service we've had from several ex munes, however if it means we get any old shit just because they used to be a mune then I am not happy (e.g. Hughes and Platt)

And the fact that he's not from Manchester just strengthens the case for him being a mune?

I am not saying I believe it or not, I am just saying it.

Sandman - everyone knows GC is an old Birimingham City fan, who later knew more about American sport, from which he is now in rehab.

Are you fucking kidding me??? Wasn't Platt one of the many pricks who was slagging us off for all the money our owners spent???

And if that wasn't bad enough he is shit at his job as well.

Hmmmmmmm. Can't say I understnd this or am happy but we have to have faith in the manager and his choices.
No doubt there will be plenty who will jump all over him because of the red background but we will just have to wait and see if he is good.
