Shouldn't the title be
"picking up speed" or
"building up steam"?

Just a thought. It doesn't look quite right.

What's all this crap about not a Les type signing though? Yes he has built a backbone of Premiership experience but it is accepted that is what's needed as the foundation of a squad. The lad is a South American playing in a European League as was RSC when Hughes signed him for Blackburn and having assembled a solid framework he surely wouldn't be adverse to signing a hard working creative player to slot in? The only common thread in Hughes signings is that they usually have a strong work ethic.

I'm not really getting this. Sounds like a well talented player but I haven't really seen him in action.

He's only just signed a new contract last month, he's the same age as Aguero, has a poor goalscoring record and sets off alarm bells as someone who will be homesick and won't settle.

Obviously, I'm no expert but he doesn't jump out at me.
