I reckon a 'foe' feature against certain threads would be a great addition to this new look site, this must be at least the 20th simmilar type thread since Sunday.

Another hateful rant about hatred. How ironic. Are we really not allowed to debate our performances any more without getting this sort of shit? If this site is no longer the place to debate the merits of the players and the management team then it is a very sad day...

The shape some of those guys were in it might have been 4-0 to Birmingham.

The merits of the team and manager on the day or begin to create something much bigger when given the opportunity?

Take this for instance - you only seem to want to discuss the merits of the team and particularly the manager when we don't win.

That's a bit strange isn't mate.... personally I think it becomes farcical on here after a below par performance. I was disappointed with hughes and his players after the last game. I wouldn't hint that we're going in the wrong direction under him... you did.

If we hadn't been robbed at the swamp we'd probably be the only team in all the top leagues in Europe to still have not been beaten.

So by all means discuss the performances of everyone on the day, but try keep it realistic. I think that's the whole thing old chap.

OD watch how quiet and harmonious the site is on Sat when we win.The keyboard warriors will just be quietly lurking again.
The negative talk is truly unjust at the minute. If we lose 4 gmes on the bounce and sliding down the table then fair enough.
Come on lads ffs a couple of wins on the bounce is all we need to be sitting pretty in the top 3.Keep the faith. We are really not that bad of a side to slag off are we.

Can you please be specific about where I haven't been realistic? I reiterated my view that there is now no choice but to see the project through with Hughes while expressing concern with the current trend in performances and the hope for better. I have never been anything other than realistic at any time and continue to be so. In fact I would argue that I am far more in touch with reality than you are, recognising the threat to the "project" from the UEFA fronted cartel and at all times supporting whichever path gives us the best percentage chance of getting to the top table before the opportunity is removed! All I want is the best for the club I love and, frankly dear, I am getting fed up of being expected to apologise for that!

Its not unjust Shawzy, some of it is OTT admittedly. But the coming games are tougher, 4 points from the last 4 is crap and that sort of form will not keep us in the top 6 for long. Those four games should have netted us 8 points minimum, its an opportunity missed. We have had a releatively easy start to the season and not made the most of it. I know we have only lost one, but Liverpool only lost two all last season and still didn't win it. Draws are costly, especially against the dross we have played recently.

Exactly. Reality at the top end of the table is that 4 draws = 2.67 losses. Don't expect us to win all these types of games but we need to be converting a much better percentage. That's unlikely with such disjointed performances as we are starting to see.

Hey m8 i agree. We should have done better and at least doubled our points tally in our last 4 games.Specially after such good start.
Id rather see it as a blip and the next 4 games we can bounce back like all good teams do.
We got Ade coming back and Robson..Both havnt even played barely half of the season and they are our best players. We have also got the best young talent on his way back to full fitness. Our Johnno.
I have just been reading 2 much premature discontent from certain posters on here and i think its out of order at the min.All this Hughes out bollox is a farce.
As i said imo its just a blip and we will come good starting on Sat.
Off to bed.Happy posting lads.Night.

This sums my thoughts up very nicely, good work Bingo. Just like when he decided to build the best F1 circuit in the world and succeeded, he will ensure the same happens with City. Whether that's with or without Hughes, time will tell, but we should all be enjoying the ride and getting fully behind everyone involved with the club
