Bad performance but a win is a win. The two fullbacks combining for the first goal was the highlight. 3 points and onwards we go.

They’re shit John. Let’s not make out they’re Treble season City. Everyone was saying how good Palace were away last weekend and they’ve just conceded 10 goals in 2 goals

I just think a lot of the hysteria is misplaced. Everton are really hard to break down. I think we are starting to look better

But with KDB gone and Walker, apart from Rodri, we can't compare these with a team that included Silva, Aguero, Kompany etc. Or the peak team that won the CL.

So it's like starting again. We can't expect to walk over everybody anymore and have to take what we can get at the moment

Can se expect pep to play players who are not consistently playing shit to actually start games for us ?

Lets not paper over the huge cracks we see in peps selections just because we won today.- Our football is fuckign dire to watch and lets not forget , he spent 200 million in January..a 40 million RB that he doesn't seem to trust.

We were extremely poor with the usual passing sideways and backwards. They had three very good chances. People aren’t being hysterical pointing that out.

Off the beeb feed. - Nico O'Reilly was pushed to the front as the fans sang his name again.
The 20-year-old has been brilliant in recent weeks. Where has he been all season during City's struggles!?!

Spot on! He was decent in pre season and then we never saw him again until League Cup.

Great to see one of the academy lads winning us games.

Good player. Not 100% sure he's a left back though. Benefits from us spending most of the time in the oppo half.

We could try him in left midfield, instead of the likes of Doku, Savinho or Jack (when on the left)

Guaranteed to now finish ahead of the rags yet again. The last dozen years in fact. Don’t be shy about sharing this with all rags you know

Khusanov is not a Right back. Hes a centre back. We haven’t got a Right Back. I think Nico will be happier playing with Rodri and in a more forward position.

Lucky goal, but good to settle the game.
2 - Nil victory, but we were dog shit and once again the starting eleven is questionable. Bernardo and KDB not got the legs or the ability unless its a cameo sub role late on. Next season they should be gone.

Pep will get the credit for the win, rightly so, but the manner in which we got there is light years away from what we were 18 months ago.

And for the very last fucking time

HE IS OFFICIALLY AN ATTACKING MIDFIELDER FFS.
Pep just likes to fuck players around in positions they do not excel in.

O’Reilly has done fine at left back provided Gvardiol gives him cover. We have a problem there and he’s solved it pro tem. What’s wrong with that? I bet you O’Reilly is thrilled to be playing in the first team. There’ll be a lot of changes after this terrible injury hit season. Let’s see how we go then. For now scrape top 5 and win the Cup. Most teams would be thrilled.

Spot on. He’s not let us down.

Just seen the picture of him kissing the badge to the fans - LOVE IT!!

We play a back three. No full backs but wing backs. Occasionally getting back to defend.

I think both Nicos will enjoy playing alongside rodri.

We don’t play a back 3 at all! And we definitely don’t play with wing backs. We play 4 at the back with inverted full backs

Khusanov isn’t a wing back either. Hes a proper defender and none the worse for that.

Indeed , should be in with josko and Dias in the back three.

Looked at the second goal. Dias was sold a short pass and recovered it very well finding Doku fortunately. Doku in to Gundogan who fed Kova. Kova scored falling over.
