Thought Sterlings been doing well. The speed he broke away at when he got the one on one was what I'm looking forward to seeing more of he has lightening quick pace.

Leicester started better than we did, they were 3-0 up at this stage.

Bet their passing wasn't better bro

I think he probably meant with the football we've played.

I seriously don't think we'll have to worry about them nicking a CL place either, but it's nice to see them start the same way they finished last season.

Sterling on one side of Kun and Navas on the other - we are going to be a menace on the counter attack this season.

Now let's finish the job.

Sterling has been pretty poor today hasn't he. shame he couldn't bury that golden chance. but having said that his pace is still a big asset for us and I really hope he doesn't become another nasri who refuses to take on defenders etc and just takes the easy option tries to play tiki taka

He's just struggling to find his place playing from off the left against a packed back 10.
And in his defense, he always get the ball standing still. It's not easy to beat your man + the one giving him support from stand still.
He will learn and come good, though, I'm sure of it.

Need to be ready for some sort of reaction from West Brom at the start of the second half. No easing off the pedal.

Sterling getting a lesson at how to play against a packed defence, some good link up with silva. Shame he didn't bury his chance.

Needs to learn to look up before finishing in one on one situations :)

I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' At one point Kompany dived in like he was doing last season. He better turn that in soon!

I don't think he's been that bad at all. For his 1st game a few mis communications, but linking up well with Silva and has shown some good touches and pace. Hope he gets a goal in the 2nd

I know he hasn't had much to do but Mangala's been very assured in what he has done. Keep it up Eliaquim.

He's given the ball away about a dozen times, but I'm sure the combination of nerves and being a bit more direct than our others is all it is. He'll learn.
Tracking back is overrated.

Fernandinho shouldnt make those silly fouls.

Could have cost us a goal.

Should be able to force the opponent back without commiting the foul.
