Speculation that his partner is just about to give birth. England hoping he’ll be back for Sunday.

How many kids he got now? Must be the youngest person in the world to have 8 kids? Or did SWP beat that?

Convenient excuse for Southgate to latch onto. If we lose its because Foden didn't play. If we win without him it will have been something Southgate stumbled into. If we lose with Foden , Southgate can say his mind wasnt on the job. Any scenario, Southgate is a winner

The only way Southgate is a winner is in a competition for who is the dullest England manager

having 3 kids myself, i can honestly say that I was probably more of a hindrance than a help when my wife was giving birth. he has millions of quid to pay for her to have all the help she could possibly ever want.
unless there was a complication, i’d have stayed out in germany

I was playing Football Manager in the hospital during the birth. We can’t do anything and anything we say is wrong in that period, so might as well get Dorking promoted

Foden travelling back to Germany tonight after the birth of his child. Well in time for Sundays match if Southgate picks him.
